Professional reliever that was originally signed by the Boston Red Sox as an international free agent in 2014. At the time of his signing, he was the top-ranked pitcher and third-highest-ranked international prospect. He has also pitched in the San Diego Padres and Chicago Cubs farm systems.

He first began his professional career playing for the DSL Red Sox rookie affiliate team. While there, he struck out 21 batters in only 15 innings pitched.

He made his official major league debut pitching against the Milwaukee Brewers on May 30, 2022. Unfortunately, his team lost the game 3-1. He frequently posts sports-related updates on his EspyAnderson23 Twitter account.

He is a native of the Caracas, Venezuela area.
