She contributed the song "Love Is a Crime" to the Chicago soundtrack. The videos on her YouTube channel have gained over 654 million views. Throughout the course of her career, she has achieved #1 hits in 19 countries, multiple gold and platinum awards, and six MTV Awards.

She was married to her bodyguard Wayne Newton from 2007 to 2010.
