ABOUT ALLIE CLIFTON

American sports journalist who launched her broadcasting career with the station WTVG in Toledo, Ohio. In the year 2018, she joined Spectrum SportsNet as a pregame host. Her work has earned her multiple Emmy Awards.

She studied sports analysis and communications at the University of Toledo prior to entering the world of professional journalism and becoming a reporter.

She spoke at the 2016 OHSAA Student Leadership Conference. She shares family photos and highlights from her career on her al.clifton Instagram account, which has gained more than 140,000 followers. She is quite tall, and in heels, stands nearly the same height as 6'4" basketball player Dwyane Wade , as seen on her Instagram page.
