ABOUT ALFREDO HERNáNDEZ

Former midfielder that played soccer professionally for Club León and C.F. Monterrey during his club career. He also played for the Mexican men's national team during his playing career. While playing with Team Mexico, he was given the opportunity to play during the 1958 and 1962 FIFA World Cups.

He first discovered his passion for playing soccer as a young boy coming up. He would eventually go-on to earn his first professional contract with Club León.

During his professional playing career, he was often referred to as Fello. He first heard the nickname Fello during the 1958 FIFA World Cup.

He was born and raised in Mexico.

He played in the 1962 FIFA World Cup just like former soccer player Garrincha .
