ABOUT ALEX WEBB
Photographer who has worked with Magnum Photos and is known for his richly colorful and textured street photography. He won the Lucca Photo Festival Award in 2008.
He studied literature at Harvard. His first published book was Hot Light/Half-Made Worlds in 1986.
He has published photography in Geo, Time, and The New York Times Magazine.
He married photographer Rebecca Norris Webb.
He and Gary Mark Smith are both street photographers.
