ABOUT ALEX FERNS

Television and film actor who is best recognized for his recurring roles on television. He is known for having starred on the HBO series Chernobyl and for having played Lieutenant Gordon in the 2005 film Joyeux Noel.

He made his acting debut in 1993 when he starred in an episode of the television series Generations. He gained further attention in 1996 after landing the recurring role on John Grimmer on Rhodes.

He won a BAFTA Scotland award in 2019 for his role on the series Chernobyl .

He was born and raised in Scotland.

He was cast alongside Zoë Kravitz and Peter Sarsgaard in the 2020 film The Batman.
