ABOUT ALESSANDRO MAHMOUD

Singer and songwriter known for songs like "Gioventù Bruciata" and "Dimentica." He won the 2019 Sanremo Music Festival on 9 February 2019 with the song "Soldi," which he went on to sing for the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest and placed second. He's won over 10 musical awards throughout his career.

He competed in season six of X Factory Italy in 2012.

He released his first song "Fallin Rain" in 2013. His first album came 6 years later and was titled "Gioventù Bruciata."

His mother is Italian and his father is Egyptian. They divorced when he was five years old.
