ABOUT ALAIN SENDERENS

Renowned French chef recognized as a founder of Nouvelle Cuisine.

He started working as a chef at the Lucas Carton restaurant in 1985. Eventually, he became the owner of the restaurant and re-named it Alain Senderens.

He worked hard to maintain affordable prices and high quality food at his self-named restaurant.

He was born in Hyeres, France.

He and fellow chef Joel Robuchon were both born in France.
