ABOUT AK AUSSERKONTROLLE

German rapper and musician who was the main rapper in the Berlin hip-hop crew Ausserkontrolle before going solo. His 2016 debut album with the group, Panzaknacka, reached the top 10 in Germany and the top 40 in Switzerland and Austria. He promotes his current projects on his akausserkontrolle Instagram account, where he has amassed more than 700,000 followers.

He released his first EP, Closed Society, in 2012.

He founded his own record label, XY Records, in 2018. He wears a bandana or covers his face with his hand to remain anonymous.

He was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. His parents are from Turkey, and of Kurdish descent.
