Rose to fame appearing with his mother, Renee Graziano , and other family members on the VH1 reality series Mob Wives.

In January 2012, he joined the social media world by creating his Twitter account, Ajfrom_mobwives.

Since appearing on Mob Wives he has grown popular on social media.

His parents, Renee Graziano and Hector Pagan, Jr., divorced after Pagan was imprisoned for murder. He and his partner Andrea had a son in April 2017.

His aunt, Jennifer Graziano , gained fame as a producer on Mob Wives.
