ABOUT ADRIAN QUESADA

Latin funk-rock musician, guitarist, songwriter, and producer known for playing with groups like Black Pumas and Grupo Fantasma. He has been nominated for multiple Grammy awards. He and Grupo Fantasma won Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album in the year 2011. He has collaborated with Prince , Los Lobos and Wu-Tang Clan 's GZA.

At the young age of 11, he began to play the guitar. He attended the University of Texas .

He was inspired by the song "Esclavo y Amo" by Los Pasteles Verdes. In the year 2022, he released two solo albums called Boleros Psicodélicos and Jaguar Sound.

He and his wife Celeste Quesada lived in Texas. The couple have daughters named Amelie and Marcelle.

He and the Black Pumas have appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert .
