ABOUT ADAN ZAPATA
Rapper known for being the lead singer of Mente en Blanco from 2006 until his death in 2012. After his passing, the remaining members of the band released the album Soy de Barrio in his honor.
Growing up surrounded by poverty and crime, he released his first song when he was 14.
On June 1, 2012, he and three of his band members were shot and killed in their car by an alleged cartel hitman.
He grew up in San Nicolas de los Garza. He left behind a son named Eliud.
While with MEB, he collaborated with rappers like MC Davo .
