ABOUT ADAM BLAIR
Forward who made his professional debut in 2006 for Melbourne Storm, where he was selected as an NRL All-Star in 2010.
He was recruited by Melbourne when he was just 16, and played for the team's feeder squad, Norths Devils.
He made his international debut in 2006 for New Zealand.
He was born in Whangarei, Northland, New Zealand.
He helped lead New Zealand to the 2008 Rugby League World Cup Championship, alongside teammate Benji Marshall .
