Óscar Mingueza

ABOUT ÓSCAR MINGUEZA

Centre-back for La Liga football club Barcelona and the Spanish National Team. He began playing for the team in 2020, he and the team went on to win the Copa Del Rey later that season against Athletic Bilbao.

He joined FC Barcelona's youth club, La Masia, in 2007. In 2018, he and the club won the UEFA Youth League.

His younger sister Ariadna is also a professional footballer with Barcelona FC's women's team.

He is in a relationship with Andrea Freijomil, they have two dogs together.

He was brought up from Barcelona's B team originally as a replacement for the injured Gerard Piqué .
